Omnibeast Investments LLC wants to develop a 555-unit planned community south of Columbia County Road 11, about two miles east of Magnolia.
Taki Pantziris and his father, Spiros Pantziris, both of Toronto, outlined the scope for “The Reserve at Magnolia Lakes” during a Magnolia City Council meeting on Monday, March 24, 2025.
The entire development is outside the Magnolia City Limits, but the city and Omnibeast Investments are working toward an agreement that will provide The Reserve with water and sewer service.
