Warren man falls from bicycle in LR, killed by oncoming traffic

A Warren man died in Little Rock when he fell from his bicycle into oncoming traffic.

According to an Arkansas State Police preliminary fatal crash summary, 50-year-old James Fox was traveling near 10600 W. Baseline Road when he fell from the bike, landing in the roadway before he was struck by a westbound 2022 Nissan.

The accident happened at 10:29 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2025, under clear skies and on dry roadways, according to Officer R. Tolentino of the Little Rock Police Department.
