Arkadelphia Lions Club asks for support of local heroes at 8th annual appreciation dinner

The Lions Club of Arkadelphia will be hosting the 8th annual First Responders’ Appreciation Dinner on March 6, 2025.

Each year this dinner serves to show our community’s appreciation for all that our first responders do to keep us safe and protected. Police officers, firefighters, EMTs, game and fish wardens, volunteer firefighters, deputies and all other responders from Arkadelphia, Amity, Gurdon, Caddo Valley, and other areas within Clark County are invited. They are served a dinner, at no cost to them, and the program includes speakers, presentations and door prizes.

The club is seeking donations for this event, be it a monetary donation to help with the cost of the meal, or a door prize for the first responders. The names of all businesses, organizations and individuals that donate will be prominently displayed on a banner at the event and on each program.

For more information or to make a donation, contact one of these Lions Club members: Nicole McGough, 870-464-7415; Don Roe, 501-317-6456; or Paul Shuffield, 870-403-2022.
