The City of Arkadelphia regrets to announce the cancellation of its Holiday 5K, originally scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 14.
After careful consideration, city officials made the difficult decision to cancel the event due to a combination of low registration and the exciting news of Arkadelphia High School’s upcoming appearance in the 4A State Football Finals.
“We hate to cancel an event, but we could not be more excited for Arkadelphia High School,” said Special Events Manager Halle Mann. “We’re incredibly proud of our Badgers and encourage everyone to head to Little Rock this weekend to support them as they compete for the state title!”
Unfortunately, the Holiday 5K will not be rescheduled. Refunds for registered participants will be processed by the end of the week.
