Henderson State University’s Veterans Upward Bound will host its annual celebration honoring veterans on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024.
The event, open to any prior and/or current military servicemen and women, will take place from noon until 2 p.m. at the Garrison Ballroom.
Guest speaker will be Col. Bobby Jones (Ret.), U.S. Army. There will be a Color Guard performance, a commencement by Terra Burson, a pinning ceremony, games on the Quad, and a performance of “God Bless the USA” by Josh Kee. Lunch will also be provided.
