Shalon Denette McKa Doss age 47 of Malvern, Arkansas passed away October 9, 2024, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born March 22, 1977, the daughter of Glenda Gray McKa and Billy Wayne McKa in Little Rock Arkansas.
Shalon lived in Arkadelphia as a child and attended Arkadelphia Elementary & Goza Middle School. She was a 1995 graduate of Ouachita High School in Donaldson, Arkansas. She attended Ouachita Technical College and Henderson State University. She was a former Office Manager at Hot Spring County Tie & Lumber Company Incorporated at Malvern, Arkansas. She was a member of Anchor Baptist Church.
Shalon was an avid reader; she was very talented at drawing and enjoyed doing arts & crafts. She liked to bake bread and pastries, which she learned at her first job. She also enjoyed having pets.
Shalon was preceded in death by her parents, Glenda Gray McKa & Billy Wayne McKa, Grandparents, Leston & Eunice Gray, Barney & Jewel McKa & one Uncle Jimmy Mcka.
Survivors include her son Patrick Doss and daughter Elise Doss of Malvern, Arkansas. Aunts & Uncles: Adell & Cletis Riggan of Brown Springs, Wilma & James Cummings of Malvern, Sharon & Jerry McMahan of Brown Springs, James & Judy Blackwood of Brown Springs, and numerous cousins.
