Gentry was also driving with a suspended license. A subsequent search of the vehicle reportedly yielded pill-like substances that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

State vs. Shawntell Deshun Dixon. Sex Offender Failing to Register, Habitual – Class C Felony. Prosecutor: Gina White. Defense: Not listed. A sex offender registered under the jurisdiction of Clark County, 46-year-old Dixon, of Arkadelphia, was the subject of a home visit on May 8, 2024, by probation and parole officers. During the visit they learned  that Dixon had not been at the registered residence since his first visit with probation and parole. A followup visit on July 1 by a Clark County investigator yielded the same results.

State vs. Coty Earl Rector. Sex Offender Failing to Register, Habitual – Class C Felony. Prosecutor: Gina White. Defense: Not listed. Rector, 32, is a registered Level 3 sex offender under the jurisdiction of the Pike County Sheriff’s Office. On Feb. 22, 2024, Rector registered a Delight address but on May 20 he reportedly paid rent for an Okolona residence. Two weeks later his probation/parole officer informed a Clark County investigator that Rector had submitted a request to relocate but was denied.

State vs. Christopher Bernard Adams. Stalking 2nd Degree, Class C Felony; Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree, Class D Felony. Prosecutor: Gina White. Defense: Clint Mathis. Adams lists a Pine Bluff address. Court records indicate that Adams, 36, made death threats toward an Arkadelphia woman and her juvenile children. In March 2023, when Adams was employed as a detention officer at the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Department in Conway, he allegedly used his official email to send a message perceived to be a threat to falsify charges and/or the woman’s records, and that he had run her background information to ascertain her place of residence. Adams was terminated from the position when the allegations were brought to the department’s attention. On April 30, 2024, the victim provided Arkadelphia detectives with screenshots of messages Adams allegedly sent her with death threats; he also claimed that he worked for Arkansas Highway Police and that any complaint she made would be ignored. Detectives also learned that, on April 29, Adams sought employment as a jailer at the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. The detective’s inquiry with Arkansas Highway Police revealed that Adams was not employed with their department.
