Deborah Sue Smith, age 72, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Wednesday June 19, 2024, at her home. She was born on December 8, 1951, in Camden the daughter of the late Wilford Lee and Georgia Estell Horn Livingston.
Debbie worked at Coca Cola, John Deere, and was the manager of Buz By for many years. She enjoyed cooking, quilting, and listening to audio books in her free time.
Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, one special aunt, Marie Livingston Myers, and one daughter, Kristin Smith.
Survivors are her husband Darwin Dean Smith, two sons, Ricky Smith of Arkadelphia, and Sebastion Smith of Little Rock, one daughter, Deani (Nikki) Smith of Texarkana, one sister Georgia Whitworth (Don) of Joan, three grandchildren, Taylor, Trent, and Andrew Keeling, and three great grandchildren, Karter, Taylyn, and Da’Noah Dickerson.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday June 22, 2024, at Welch Funeral Home with Bro. Charlie Williams officiating
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Delamar Cemetery.
