The 53-unit motel was sold to VRAJ Lodging LLC, based in Frisco, Texas. Sahajanand Inc., which is registered in Arkansas to Hamukh Mehta, bought the 19,434-SF motel in 2004 for $1.2 million.

For $150,000 Tyler Shuffield and Elizabeth Rosales bought a 1,323-SF brick home and adjacent house lot at the 1500 block of Pine Manor Drive, in Arkadelphia. Previous owners were Kathy Welch, et al.
Southern Land Development LLC purchased 1.32 acres on Highway 67 for $150,000. Neither a land description nor online records indicate an exact location. Southern Land Development is registered to John Keeling, of Hot Springs. Previous owners of the property were Andy Thind and Ramanjit Kaur.
For $145,000 Connor Casagrande bought a frame siding home (square footage unavailable) and 10.59 acres at the 3000 block of Highway 84, northeast of Amity. Previous owners were Jimmy and Aimee Sutton.
