Clark County real estate transactions recorded Oct. 6-19 having a value of $100,000 or greater
Information is gathered from public records held by the Clark County Circuit Clerk, online real estate records via actdatascout.com and the Arkansas Secretary of State. The Arkadelphian includes names of grantees, grantors, transaction price and property description available, and does not withhold names.
Highlighting this round of real estate transactions — it was a slow two weeks for property sales in Clark County — is the $620,000 sale of Jason’s Truck & Auto, 11073 Highway 8 West, to the Nashville-based Bypass Diesel & Wrecker Service. Jay and Rachel Spoo bought the property, which includes a 6,000-SF garage on 3.86 acres, from Jason and Samantha Cantrell.
For $249,000 Raymond and Sharon Prosise bought a 1,948-SF frame siding home on Aspen Cove, in Arkadelphia, as well as an undeveloped lot adjacent to the property. James and Lori Engman built the home in 1997 at a price of $140,000.
Gabriel and Virginia Ffield purchased a 1,384-SF frame siding home on West Dodson Street, in Caddo Valley, for $160,000. The Ffields bought the property from Carol and Charles Anderson, who paid $101,000 for it in 2005.
