Columbia County Circuit Clerk Angela Keith’s sentence Friday to the Arkansas Division of Community Correction has been postponed, allowing her to take care of personal tasks before her time in prison begins

Angela Keith and her husband, Benjamin Keith, were both remanded into custody after they were sentenced by Circuit Court Judge David Talley Jr. on charges stemming to a Thursday, April 6 incident at Santiago’s Mexican Restaurant in Magnolia.

The Circuit Clerk was sentenced to one year for tampering with physical evidence.
Negotiations on Angela Keith’s behalf were made late Friday afternoon, according to Columbia County Judge Doug Fields.
“Right now, she is out with an ankle monitor to keep tabs on her and she is out until they get a bed (in the Division of Community Correction),” Fields said during a phone interview Friday night.
