The 2023 Clark County Fair Parade is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 13, at 5 p.m. on Main Street in Arkadelphia. This year’s theme is “Ridin’ Rockin’ & Livestockin’.
The parade is open to several different entries, from tractors and ATVs to marching bands and walking groups. There is no fee for registration.
