The Arkadelphia Board of Education assembled at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, for an agenda-setting meeting. Following that brief portion of the meeting, the school board convened in executive session to discuss personnel. Upon returning to public session, the board unanimously agreed to the following recommendations:
Employment
Taylor Stamps, special education teacher, Goza. Stamps was previously the building secretary/bookkeeper at Perritt.
Jeffrey Ward, Army instructor, AHS
Jill Hardin, secondary science teacher, AHS
Karen McClanahan, building secretary/bookkeeper, Perritt
Davida Williams, paraprofessional, Perritt
Rescind Offer of Employment
Amory Hitt, Distance Learning Lab facilitator, AHS
With no other business, the board adjourned the meeting at 5:37 p.m.
