Highlighting this round of real estate transactions was the sale of a 12.5-acre asphalt plant adjacent to and north of South Fork Truck Stop on Highway 53. Asphalt Products LLC, a Little Rock company that has two other plants in Pulaski County, purchased the property for $800,000 from Mi-Gurdon Property LLC. Mi-Gurdon bought the plant in 2019 for $1.98 million.
For $660,000 Kenneth and Carolyn Dixon bought a 1,632-SF frame siding home and 42.21 acres of mostly pasture at the 1600 block of DeGray Road. Previous owner was Billy McCallum.
James and Heather Crocker purchased a 3,985-SF brick home and 3.9 acres at the 3200 block of Country Club Road, in Arkadelphia, for $428,995. Previous owners Steven Becraft and Laura Storm purchased the property in 2018 for $329,000.
For $245,000 Cynthia and Jimmie Hilburn bought a 1,944-SF frame siding home on Glendale Court, in Arkadelphia. Previous owners David and Caroline Pennington bought the property in 2020 for $180,000.
Braden Archer purchased 69.4 acres of timberland in the area of George and White Roads, in the Manchester community, for $185,000. Previous owner was Morgan Hill Inc. The transaction was done by way of corporate warranty deed.
For $179,500 James and Tara Rollins bought 14.5 acres of timber adjacent to and east of Highway 8, about 0.5 miles southeast from Golden Cemetery. Previous owner was Joyce Meiser.
WE Realty LLC purchased a U.S. Post Office building at 110 Joslyn St., in Gurdon, for $150,000. WE Realty is registered to Codney Washington, of Little Rock. Previous owner was Julianne Fuller and Paul Barringer Bypass Trust.
For $135,000 Mesha Leeper bought a property at the 100 block of South Clark Street, in Arkadelphia. There are no residential card details available for this property. Previous owners Christopher and Charlotte Watson bought the property in 2022 for $8,000.
Micah and Linda Ginnett purchased 40 acres of timberland located north of Bailey/Miller Road and south of Lambert Road, east of Amity, for $130,000. Previous owners were Susann Lambert, et al.
For $126,288 Andrew and Penny Massing bought 14.6 acres and a 720-SF dwelling at the 4000 block of Kansas Road, near Gurdon. Previous owners Henry, Sara and Jerry Hill bought the land in 1995 for $3,000.
Darrin and Randi Cooper purchased a 1,364-SF brick home and two additional house lots at the 1000 block of East Crayton Street, in Gurdon, for $125,000. Previous owners were John and Cadee Jones.
For $122,400 Justin and Jessica Hasley bought a 1,362-SF brick home and 1.25 acres at the 2000 block of Highway 51, west of Joan. Previous owners were Betty and Rufus Newborn.
Carmelo and Aurora Guerra purchased a 1,920-SF brick home and 4.5 acres at J Bagget Street, in Amity, for $120,000. Previous owner Amanda Thomas purchased the property in 2007 for $79,000.
David and Sherry Graves purchased a 1,672-SF brick home at the 300 block of Charlotte Drive, in Gurdon, for $119,000. Previous owners Brenda and Ed Reeves purchased the property in 2000 for $50,818.
