Audrey Della “Audie” Robertson, age 77, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Friday, June 2, 2023, at Nightingale Health and Rehabilitation Center in Arkadelphia.  She was born March 20, 1946, in Monette, AR, the daughter of Bertha Lamb.  

Audie was retired from Wal-Mart Supercenter in Arkadelphia where she worked for many years.  By her family she was considered the “Keeper of the Children”.  At the age of thirteen Audie began what turned out to be a lifelong ministry to raising and keeping children safe under her watch.  For over six decades she raised countless children under her care and up until just one week prior to her passing on, she was still offering to keep the children.  

Audie was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters.

Survivors are two nieces, Anita Holder of Hollywood and Tina Furr (Ricky) of Bismarck, numerous great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at Hollywood Cemetery with Bro. Charlie Williams officiating.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday evening at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Dawn Bushy, Brittany McDaniel, Ashley Whittecar, Bobby Whittecar, Ruda Anderson and Benji Johnson.
