Nancy Jane Nolen, age 60, passed from this life on Monday April 17, 2023, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 26, 1963, in Gurdon the daughter of the late Charles and Thelma Duncan.

Nancy was a 1981 graduate of Gurdon High School and a 1988 graduate of The University of Arkansas at Hope Nursing program. She worked as a Nurse for many years. Nancy was a member of Mt. Bethel Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafting and spending time with family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Bobbie Duncan and one daughter, Amanda Helmick.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Kevin Nolen of Gurdon, two sons, Daniel Nolen (Hope) of Delight and Trent Nolen of Arkadelphia, two daughters, Rebecca Nolen of Delight and Courtney Nolen of Gurdon, three brothers, Jim Duncan (Linda) of Curtis, Francis Duncan of Okolona and Randy Duncan (Marilyn) of Springer, OK, ten grandchildren, Evan, Emma Rose, Landen, Dalton, Skyler, Johnny B “JB”, Emma Lea, Nick, Alden, and Levi, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside services were at 2:00 PM on Wednesday April 19, 2023, at Rose Hill Cemetery at Sycamore in Bierne with Bro. Frank Henson officiating.

Pallbearers are Jeff Duncan, Cody Russell, Derrick Gunn and Bobby Freeman. Honorary Pallbearers are Evan Dickerson, Landen Franks, and Matt Dickerson.
