The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Saturday, April 15
Police investigated a vehicle break-in.
3:24 p.m.
A resident of Matt Stone Apartments, 100 Caddo St., reported someone, likely a neighbor, had struck her vehicle in the parking lot.
11:23 p.m.
Kalan Tyler Jones, 19, of Arkadelphia, was arrested for possession of marijuana and public intoxication. Police were summoned to the 900 block of South 21st Street for a report of an SUV parked in the street, and found Jones asleep in the driver’s seat. The arresting officer located the marijuana in plain view.
Friday, April 14
10:05 a.m.
A Cook Lane man reported someone backed into his vehicle. His wife had driven the vehicle to Brookshire’s and Dollar Tree, and it was damaged when she returned home.

Cliffdeon Miner, 30, was arrested by Gurdon police for possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sunday, April 16
Robert Hild, 19, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for speeding 15 mph over the limit and driving without a license.
