REAL ESTATE: Mena nonprofit buys health clinic

Christina Bates purchased a 1,504 SF frame siding home on 2 acres at North Main Street in Amity for $109,200. The transaction is being financed with a mortgage of $107,222 through Everett Financial Inc. and Supreme Lending. Previous owner Garry Pavatt bought the home in 2017 for $65,000.

Helios Industries LLC purchased 461.85 acres of timberland east of the Antoine River and north of Antoine for $550,000. Helios Industries is registered to Kera Galster of Royal. Previous owners Irwin and Lloydine Seale bought the property in 2016 for $1.002 million.

Healthy Connections Inc. purchased a lot and 5,825 SF office space at 301 Professional Park Drive in Arkadelphia for $770,000 by way of commissioners deed and with Bank OZK and Compassion Women’s Clinic as third parties. Healthy Connections is registered as a nonprofit to Tony Calandro of Mena. The transaction is being financed by a mortgage of $647,969 through Arvest Bank.

Jay and Jessica Arnold purchased a 2,108 SF brick and frame duplex on Wilson Street in Arkadelphia for $148,999. Previous owner KMA LLC bought the property in 2017 for $95,000. KMA is registered to Phillip Loe of Arkadelphia.
