The Camden-based Lindsey Pine Plaza LLC hired H&B Roofing and Construction of Arkadelphia to remodel the interior of a cosmetology academy at a commercial office space located at Pine Plaza, 2750 Pine St. Suite 4A. Special conditions included that plans had changed to exclude manicure and pedicure stations “at this time” for the $48,000 job.
United Methodist Church hired Keith’s Roofing LLC of Hot Springs to tear off and re-shingle a roof on a commercial building at 316 N. 11th St. Valuation for the job was estimated at $18,500.
Arkadelphia Wesley Foundation hired Keith’s Roofing LLC to tear off and re-shingle a roof on a duplex at 306/308 N. 11th St. Valuation for the job was estimated at $10,000.
Lindsey Pine Plaza LLC installed a wall sign measuring 4’11″x5’11” and titled Your Nails My Canvas at a commercial office space located at Pine Plaza, 2750 Pine St. Suite 6A. Valuation for the job was $285.
