According to our readers, The Grinch is the mean one. Here are the results:

The Grinch: 29 votes, 41,43%

Hans Gruber: 16 votes, 22.86%

Harry and Marv: 14 votes, 20%

Scut Farkas: 8 votes, 11.43%

Oogie Boogie: 3 votes, 4.29%
