REAL ESTATE: 4 Clark County homes sell in late November

Clark County real estate transactions recorded Nov. 18 through Dec. 2 having a value of $100,000 or greater. Information is gathered from public records held by the Clark County Circuit Clerk. The Arkadelphian includes names of grantees, grantors, transaction price and property description available, and does not withhold names.

Damon and Jodie Hardy purchased a two-story frame siding home with 2,092 SF of living space on Caddo Street in Arkadelphia for $245,000 from Kristie and Terry Hicks. The Hicks had bought the home for $143,000 in 2018.

Erika Gonyea purchased a 3,464 SF two-story brick-and-frame home and two house lots on Charlotte Drive in Gurdon. The Nov. 21 transaction netted $233,500 for the previous owners, Jeremy Osborne and Kathleen Hiscott. The home and lots last sold in 2021 for $205,000.

Richard and Christine Smith bought a 1,376 SF brick home on Welch Street in Arkadelphia for $115,000 on Nov. 21. Previous owners were Nathaneal Logan and Cassandra Time, who purchased the home in 2006 for $85,000. The Smiths are financing the transaction with a $116,161 mortgage through Everett Financial Inc. and Supreme Lending.

Claude and Reva Delamar purchased a 1,496 SF frame-siding home and 3.33 acres on Church Drive in Dalark for $110,000 on Nov. 22. Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC previously held the deed. The original owner, Kayla Nelson, built the home in 2010. The most recent transaction is being financed with a $97,900 mortgage through Southern Bancorp.
