The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Sunday, Sept. 4
Police opened a felony case of breaking or entering.
4:28 p.m.
Officers responded to Carpenter Hill Apartments, where a woman reported being attacked by a known male suspect who fled the scene when police were called. The suspect was not located.
Officers worked a criminal mischief involving a juvenile.
Saturday, Sept. 3
Police opened a felony case of first-degree battery. Information gathered at the county jail indicates an arrest was made.
Friday, Sept. 2
12:20 p.m.
Officers arrested a Prattsville man at Pioneer Inn following a report of a tenant threatening harm to himself and others.
4:16 p.m.
A Gurdon man reported the theft of his black Dodge Ram pickup while at Walmart. The truck was located “still sitting there” in the parking lot at 10:58 p.m.
Police opened a felony case of theft of property valued between $1,000-$5,000.

Sunday, Sept. 4
5:50 a.m.
A deputy arrested a man on Hearn Road, a couple of blocks from his residence, for public intoxication after locating him sleeping in his parked and idling car.
Friday, Sept. 2
8:12 p.m.
Following the brief pursuit of a speeding motorcycle, a deputy arrested an Amity man between his residence and Alpine for driving while intoxicated.

Friday, Sept. 2
Braxton Fravett, 23, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for possession of a firearm by a certain person.
James Lee Zuber, 35, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for criminal trespass, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
Jerry Davis, 40, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving left of center and refusal to submit.
Jimmy Hughes, 45, was arrested by Gurdon police for public intoxication, three counts of criminal trespass, no motorcycle endorsement and speeding over 15 mph.
Saturday, Sept. 3
Jason Hunter, 48, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for two counts of assault and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Kinta Gray, 44, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for first-degree battery.
Sunday, Sept. 4
Julie Marie Kent, 45, was arrested by Gurdon police and held for continued detention.
Christopher Williams, 30, was arrested by Gurdon police and held for continued detention.
Markell Pollins, 20, was arrested for no driver’s license, reckless driving and fleeing on foot.
Arkilous Tyrece McDaniel, 20, was arrested for public intoxication and minor in possession.
Monday, Sept. 5
Corbin Curry, 29, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for public intoxication and speeding 15 mph over the speed limit.
