The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Thursday, Aug. 25
Officers opened a felony investigation into a breaking or entering.
Wednesday, Aug. 24
8:30 a.m.
An officer responded to an unattended death at a North 21st Street residence.
10:55 a.m.
Officers took a delayed complaint regarding noise and littering from a neighbor of Happyland Child Care Center, where a party was held on Aug. 20.
Officers worked a non-criminal domestic disturbance involving a juvenile.

Wednesday, Aug. 24
Rochelle Culp, 30, was arrested for failure to appear, driving while intoxicated (second offense) and refusal to submit.
Christopher Gregory, no age listed, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for failure to appear.
Thursday, Aug. 25
Elijah Hunter Cantu, 22, was arrested for failure to comply.
