Meeting scheduled for rural voters

Submitted information
For The Arkadelphian

There will be a non-partisan civic information meeting for rural voters in the Okolona and Antoine areas, plus anyone else interested in learning about how to vote, register, learn about candidates and issues, and how to network that information to friends, family and neighbors.

The meeting will be held from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, June 26, at Harrison Chapel Baptist Church, located on state Highway 26 between Delight and Antoine, in Pike County.

The event is being hosted by Cyndi Moorman, co-founder of the rural education support statewide organization Advocates for Community and Rural Education (ACRE).

All civic-minded citizens are invited, from anywhere you read this, not just Okolona/Antoine. Gurdon, Delight, Burtsell and anywhere else welcome. Call 870-210-9922 for more information. Stay in the loop! Your voice matters.
