The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names from the arrest log, so don’t even think about asking.

Thursday, March 3
4:35 p.m.
A North 16th Street woman reported her ex-boyfriend stole her cell phone and was outside her home with it. The man was gone by the time police arrived, but later met with them to return the phone.

Officers took an “information only” report involving a juvenile.

Wednesday, March 2
7:51 a.m.
Officers responded to Brookshire’s for a report of a trespasser. The manager had informed the female suspect she was no longer welcome at the establishment for a previous incident of swearing at employees; she responded saying she wasn’t going anywhere. Police instructed her to leave, and she agreed to take her business elsewhere.

1:38 p.m.
A Carpenter Hill Apartments man reported being bitten by his dog while giving it a bath. He was treated by ambulance personnel for injuries to his forearm and thumb.

2:47 p.m.
Police responded to Stuckey’s 3111 W. Pine St., for a report of illegal dumping. The two Texans were issued warnings for the 15 gallons of gasoline they admitted to pouring out behind the station, saying they had meant to purchase diesel for their rented moving truck.

Officers opened two felony cases of breaking or entering.

Police worked a case of forgery involving a juvenile.

Police opened a juvenile case of possession of sexual explicit digital material.

Thursday, March 3
7:51 p.m.
Deputies arrested a Warren man at Highway 51 for public intoxication.

9:56 p.m.
Deputies arrested a Mississippi woman for public intoxication following a report of a possible disturbance at the 68 westbound mile-marker of Interstate 30. Upon arrival they located a shoeless woman in the median, yelling and swearing. After a courtesy transport to South Fork Truck Stop, the woman’s unruly behavior escalated to the point she punched the patrol car.

Wednesday, March 2
Jonathan Bob McClain, 41, was arrested on unlisted charges.
Lashamunique Kiara Brisco, 21, was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Thursday, March 3
Jeremy Duane Means, 38, was arrested on unlisted charges.
