In celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a Marade is scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 17.

The Marade will begin at Mount Olive Church, 307 N. 16th St., and proceed east to its ending point at the Clark County Courthouse Square.

Beginning at 6 p.m. Sunday, Saint Paul A.M.E. Church, 1501 Caddo St., will host a MLK Celebration featuring music from The Racy Brothers, Bishop Kennth L. Robinson and Chosen, Revived, Legacy and Pastor TW Scott and The Singing Revs.
