The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Arkadelphia Police Department

Thursday, Dec. 16
10:28 a.m.
An Evergreen man reported someone toilet-papered several trees in his front yard.

Officers opened a felony investigation of breaking or entering to a vehicle.

Wednesday, Dec. 15
8:28 a.m.
A woman reported being harassed at her workplace by a known suspect. She was advised of procedures on obtaining a no-contact order.

11:20 a.m.
An Evonshire woman reported losing a diamond ring, valued at $7,500, possibly in her bathroom sink.

11:20 a.m.
A Cutler Terrace woman reported someone damaged the front door of her residence in an apparent attempt to gain entry while she was hospitalized overnight.

Officers took a report of unlawful tattooing of a minor.

Thursday, Dec. 16
7:25 a.m.
Deputies were summoned to a residence at the 6000 block of Highway 8, where a couple reported a suspicious person on their property.

1 p.m.
A Club Drive man reported deputies remove an unwanted person from his home. The man was wanted in two states but was outside of extradition range; he was escorted from the residence and advised not to return.

Arrests

Monday, Dec. 13
Ryan T. Johnson, 36, was arrested by Caddo Valley police for failure to appear, no liability insurance, speeding and possession of a controlled substance.

Wednesday, Dec. 15
Monique Smith, 36, was arrested by Arkansas State Police for aggravated assault on an officer and fleeing.

Thursday, Dec. 16
Jeremy Gibron Roberson, 35, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for a warrant.
Denny Austin Powell, 23, was arrested by Arkadelphia police for commercial burglary.
