The following incidents were gathered from reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
Arkadelphia Police Department
Tuesday, Sept. 28
Officers worked a disorderly conduct case involving a juvenile.
7:30 a.m.
The manager of NAPA, 922 Clinton St., reported that a white male entered the auto parts business on Sept. 24 and shoplifted two fuel pumps, valued at a total of $200, by concealing them in a 5-gallon bucket he had purchased along with other items placed above the stolen merchandise.
Sunday, Sept. 26
3:30 p.m.
Officers were summoned to an apartment complex at the 2600 block of Country Club Road, where a landlord reported the theft of a refrigerator, possibly by the former tenant of the empty apartment.
Wednesday, Sept. 26
6:35 p.m.
Officers responded to a welfare concern, ultimately locating the person whose welfare was being checked outside a restaurant on West Pine Street.
Arrests
Tuesday, Sept. 28
Nickolas L. Marsh, 28, was arrested for failure to comply with terms of probation.
