The following incidents were gathered from incident reports filed at the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Saturday, Sept. 4
Police responded to a domestic battery case involving a juvenile.

9:50 a.m.
A Carpenter Hill Apartments woman reported the theft of her 2017 Nissan Sentra by a known male suspect who was likely headed to the Bismarck area. The vehicle was returned to her at 10:05 a.m., and she told police she did not want to pursue criminal charges.

Friday, Sept. 3
Police responded to a terroristic threatening/harassment case involving a juvenile.

Noon
A Concord Court woman reported being harassed by a known male suspect interested in having a relationship with her. She said the man had been constantly driving by her house and calling her. Police made contact with the suspect and instructed him to leave the woman alone.

2:05 p.m.
A Main Street woman reported receiving unwanted charges to her bank account by a satellite TV provider. The charges dated back to April and totaled $300.

4:21 p.m.
Officers responded to an apartment complex at the 800 block of Highway 67 South for a domestic disturbance between an unmarried couple.

7:55 p.m.
A Celebrations employee reported a shoplifter who had stolen a bottle of rum in August returned to the store to make a purchase but left when asked for his ID. Police were able to identify the suspect based on security footage and his license plate number, which employees provided.

Friday, Sept. 3
Deputies responded to a residence at the 700 block of Mt. Zion Road, where a woman was reported to be acting violent and belligerent. She was arrested inside the residence after trying to evade the deputies and having a minor scuffle with them in which she attempted to bite one’s arm.

Saturday, Sept. 4
4:29 a.m.
A Memphis, Tenn., truck driver reported being assaulted by a colleague in the parking lot of Phillips 66 at Highway 53, Gurdon, where the two meet regularly to exchange trailers. The complainant said the suspect pinned him against the side of his truck and threatened to kill him — that he wasn’t afraid to return to prison — for no apparent reason.

3:45 p.m.
A Hays Road, Okolona, man reported the theft of a handgun from his bedroom nightstand, possibly by a known male who had recently been at his residence.

Sunday, Sept. 5
6:45 p.m.
Deputies arrested a man for public intoxication on Highway 51 near the Beirne Post Office following a traffic stop.

Jimmie Prince, 49, continued detention.
Tiffany Prince, 55, continued detention.

Saturday, Sept. 4
Jason Williams, 38, was arrested for third-degree domestic battery.

Sunday, Sept. 5
Sabrina Woodall, 41, was arrested for failure to comply and failure to appear.
Victoria Crawford, 29, was arrested for failure to appear.
John Prince, 53, was arrested for public intoxication.
