On behalf of Clark County Democratic Women, vice president Vanilla Hannah presented Dr. Patricia Wright with a U.S. flag and stand for the Arkadelphia Family and Community Enrichment Center. Dr. Wright is director of the Center that provides numerous services for families and children in Clark County, including a community garden.
