Arrested or cited individuals are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The Arkadelphian does not withhold names, so don’t even think about asking.

Monday, March 30
10:24 a.m.
A Forrest Park Drive woman reported losing approximately 50 prescription pills, possibly while traveling out of state in recent days.
10:49 a.m.
An officer responded to a civil dispute at a South 19th Street residence, where a man had qualms with someone mowing on his property.
11:17 a.m.
A North 10th Street food truck operator complained that someone had stolen a pair of extension cords, valued at a total of $250, from the trailer.

1:12 p.m.
A Robin Lane woman reported the theft of her psychiatric medication.
Wednesday, April 1
3:15 p.m.
A customer of Hardman Lumber Co. reported misplacing her phone at the establishment while she was there early that morning. Arriving home and realizing this, she used the Life360 app on a friend’s phone to track hers, showing an officer that the phone was now in Haynesville, Louisiana. She was advised to contact her phone company and bank to ensure no one could gain access to information on the device.
Thursday, April 2
Juvenile report: Possession of tobacco by a minor
1:10 p.m.
Officers were called to Dollar General, 2727 Caddo St., for a complaint of shoplifters who had just left the business on foot. En route, police were given a description of the suspects and direction of travel. Contact was made on Clinton Street, where the female, identified as 24-year-old Tracy Lashall Stone, surrendered a box of wine. Stone was arrested on charges of theft of property.
7 p.m.
Police were dispatched to Lucky Liquor, 3002 Pine St., for a complaint of a shoplifter who on March 26 had taken several bottles of alcohol worth a combined $454. Management provided security footage of the identified suspect concealing the bottles in his pants before exiting the establishment. Officers returned on April 4 for another shoplifting complaint on the same suspect, who pocketed a bottle of tequila and buying a case of beer.
Saturday, April 4
5:15 a.m.
Police were called to an Ashbury Court residence for a verbal domestic dispute. Speaking with both parties, it was discovered that there was a valid no contact order in effect, and a citation was issued to Antonio Wells, 36.
8:25 p.m.
Police were called to Lark Place for a domestic disturbance in which a cell phone was taken during the separation. The complainant was told the issue is a civil matter as the two are married and the suspect still resides at the address.
9:10 p.m.
Officers responded to a physical assault at a residence on the 1600 block of Gresham Street, where an elderly female had reportedly been pushed down and choked. The female suspect, identified as Tracy Lashall Stone, 24, of Delight, had left prior to police arrival. Police were called back to the residence an hour later as Stone had returned. Stone, who exhibited signs of intoxication, kicked a window of the police car as officers detained her. She was arrested on charges of third-degree battery, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Sunday, April 5
11:51 a.m.
A Robin Lane woman reported vandalism to her car windows, suspecting a known male caused the damages.
2:12 p.m.
A man reported losing a Husqvarna chainsaw and leaf blower from the bed of his pickup truck as he drove a short distance in town with the tailgate down. Equipped with AirTags, the owner was able to show police that the equipment was at the Fish Net restaurant. The information was relayed to the Caddo Valley Police Department, who responded and located the leaf blower in the back of a pickup in the parking lot. The CVPD officer entered the restaurant and made contact with the truck’s owner, who said he found the blower on 16th Street. The blower was returned. The next day, the chainsaw was pinged at a South 21st Street residence, but no one answered the door. The owner rendezvoused with police there to activate an alarm on the AirTag, allowing police to seize the equipment as evidence.
4 p.m.
Investigating the sound of people arguing on South 4th Street, an officer observed a father and son in a heated argument that escalated as police tried to calm the involved parties. They eventually became somewhat cooperative, and officers stood by as the son gathered belongings to leave. He was instructed not to return.
Monday, April 6
10:24 a.m.
Vandalism to a riding lawn mower was reported at a Clinton Street residence.
10:42 a.m.
Police were requested at Walnut Square Apartments, 1010 S. 16th St., for a civil standby during a domestic dispute as the involved parties separated.

Thursday, April 2
3 a.m.
A deputy responded to a report of a hit-and-run accident at the westbound 77 mile-marker of I-30. The suspect vehicle entered the interstate and struck the caller’s front passenger tire. There were no injuries.
Friday, April 3
12:50 p.m.
Following up on a previous complaint of a neighbor’s pigs and goats running loose on Nunn Drive and rooting around on the property, a deputy made contact with the livestock’s owner, Michael J. Braswell, 40. Braswell was cited for permitting livestock to run at large, and was served with an unrelated warrant.
