The Clark County Retired Teachers Association recently hosted guest speaker Cathie Ware Murphy, retired associate professor of nursing from Texarkana College.
Her topic was ‘A Sneak “Peake”: Moments In Time’. Murphy gave a complete overview of the history of Peake Elementary and also things that were going on in the world during that period of time.
CCRTA collected 29 cans of food and $165 for the Ecumenical Food Pantry.
