While conversing with the driver, 22-year-old Jacob Romig, of Madisonville, Louisiana, the officer got a whiff of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Police ultimately searched the vehicle, finding pot, pipes, alcohol and empty beer cans inside. Jake Voss tasered Riley in the hip, away from the OC exposure, and was able to get her hands in cuffs.
