Real Estate: 5 residential properties change hands in Arkadelphia

Clark County real estate transactions recorded Dec. 13-22, 2025, having a value of $100,000 or greater. Information is gathered from public records held by the Clark County Circuit Clerk’s Office, online real estate records via actdatascout.com and the Arkansas Secretary of State. The Arkadelphian includes names of grantees, grantors, transaction price and property description when available, and does not withhold names. A variety of factors, including improvements made to a home or property, are considered in real estate prices that may increase from when the seller bought the property.

The middle of December 2025 saw four residential properties change ownership in Arkadelphia and one home in Caddo Valley.

One land transaction containing 80 acres of timberland south of Okolona, located east of Hays Road, was sold for $276,000. Ledbetter Family LLC, with member John Ledbetter of Antoine signing off on the deed, sold the acreage to Clint Cornelius of Prescott. Ledbetter bought the land in 2007 for $381,000.

The residential property that brought the largest sum of money the past two weeks was the $245,000 sale of a 2,717-SF brick home at the 2700 block of Lynwood Drive, Arkadelphia. David and Teresa Smoke bought the home from Geneva Quarles, of Little Rock.

Phillip and Catherine Boyett, of Donaldson, bought a 2,220-SF brick home at the 800 block of North Park Drive, Arkadelphia, for $232,000. Former owners Johnnie Gray and Michael Ward, of Greers Ferry, bought the place in 2021 for $215,000.

For $144,500 Angela Saldivar and Omar Muñiz bought a home at the 300 block of South 23rd Street, Arkadelphia. While online records do not yet reflect any homes on the lot, a report on building permits found in arkadelphian.com’s archives show that Richard Womack’s JMRW Properties LLC built a home on the property in 2024, filing for a permit to build a 2,340-SF single-family dwelling with an estimated construction value of $90,000.

A 1,470-SF home on Ringo Road, Caddo Valley, sold for $118,000 to Justin Lee. Former owners of the property are Jeremy and Susan Ring, of Bryant.

Robert Henley’s Hillview Investments LLC, of Arkadelphia, bought a 1,188-SF home at the 2600 block of Evonshire Drive, Arkadelphia, for $109,000. Former owner was Louis Requard, of Ottawa, Ontario. Requard bought the property in 2014 for $95,000.
