10:53 a.m.
An open 911 call sent police to Chateau Apartments, 1038 Pine St., where it was learned that a domestic battering had occurred. After speaking with both parties, the suspect, Franklin Deonco Williams, 33, was arrested for third-degree domestic battery, obstruction of governmental operations (for initially providing a wrong date of birth), and violation of an order of protection, among multiple warrants for failure to appear.

A South 24th Street woman reported the theft of an unknown amount of jewelry from her home, providing a list of known items totaling $500. The complainant noted that numerous people had been invited into her home since it sustained damage from a fallen tree this spring.
