Windel Monroe Crawley, Sr. 88, of Gurdon, AR passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in Little Rock, AR.
He was born on July 3, 1937, in Antoine, AR to Raymond and Minnie Lee Goodwin Crawley.
Windel was a Retired United States Navy Veteran and member of the Gurdon Church of Christ. He was in the United States Navy for over 20 years with two Vietnam tours. Windel enjoyed hunting, fishing, carpentry work and spending time with his great granddaughter Paislee Evans.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Jeannine Marie Crawley, son Windel Crawley, Jr, ex-wife Carole Crawley, brother Bobby Joe Crawley and sister Bertha Roberson.
His survivors include son, Raymond Crawley; daughter Rebecca Evans; brother Austin Crawley; sister Helen Molden; two grandchildren Matthew Evans and Joshua Evans; two great grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled for 1:00pm Friday, November 28, 2025, Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home of Gurdon, funeral services will follow at 2:00pm with Bro. David Peebles officiating. Burial will follow at Antoine Cemetery, under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
