Carolyn Sue Love Hardman, age 84, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Twin Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center in Arkadelphia. She was born in Little Rock on July 4, 1941, the daughter of the late Jimmy & Ruby Dillie Love.
Carolyn was a graduate of St. Louis High School and Henderson State University and was the owner of Ruth Stuart Shop. She enjoyed painting, arts & crafts and board games.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of sixty-four years, Brown Hardman of Arkadelphia, her son, Brad Hardman of Arkadelphia, her daughter, Kimberly Love (Greg) Nation of Norman, OK, her brother, James “Bubba” (Patricia) Love, Jr., her sister, Robyn (Rodney) Spell of Hempstead, TX and two grandchildren, Brandon Trevor Nation of Norman, OK and Hayden Love Hardman of Arkadelphia.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia, with Charlie Williams officiating.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Henderson State University Art Department.
