Highlighting this round of real estate transactions is the $475,000 sale of a 1,664-SF home and 8 acres on Oak Grove Road, near Alpine. Kathy and Jeffrey Self, of Benton, sold the property to Joshaw and Sharon Hill, of Amity.
Ed Harding, of West Bountiful, Utah, bought a 3,124-SF brick home on Ridge Creek Point for $340,000. Sellers Dee and Debbie Ratliff bought the property in 2019 for $240,000.
In Caddo Valley, Kylie Cannon and Jonathan Hester bought a 1,008-SF home at the 100 block of Madden Lane for $195,000 from Mark Adair, et al.
Paty Land & Timber Inc., of Sheridan, bought 80 acres of timber in southeastern Clark County, west of McMath Road and south of Monkey Road, for $176,000. Sellers are Glover Timberlands LLLP, of Malvern.
In Arkadelphia, Renita Beavers bought a 1,524-SF home at the 1300 block of Hunter Street from Bill Wright and Irwin Seale, et al, for $168,000.
In Okolona, Donna Taylor bought a 1,168-SF home at the 3000 block of Highway 53 North for $140,000. Patricia Bledsoe is acting as third party to the transaction. Seller is Rita Kathryn Williams Revocable Trust.
In eastern Clark County off of Highway 7 South, Five Streams Holding LLC of Houston, Texas, bought 31 acres of mostly pasture from Carl and Marsha Dunkelgod for $128,280.
For $103,000 Burnett Family LLLP of TEXarkana bought 18 acres of timberland on Terre Noir Creek, east of U.S. Highway 67 south of Curtis. Seller is Gene Brazeale Lumber Co.
In a separate transaction, Burnett Family bought 40 acres of timber dissected by Highway 67 south of Curtis for $100,000. Seller is DGB Properties LLC.
