Wava Lee Honea, age 82, of Arkadelphia, passed away on Wednesday November 12, 2025, at The Plaza at Twin Rivers. She was born on December 23, 1942, in Hope, the daughter of the late Bernice and Denver Whitten Honea.
Wava attended Hope High School. She worked for several years as a clerk in several retail businesses. Wava was a Christian and enjoyed attending services at the Plaza. She loved socializing with her friends and neighbors.
Wava is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Cloyes Volentine (Horace), two brothers, Marvin Honea and Harold Honea (Karol).
Survivors are one son, Steve Lloyd (Lana) of Bismarck, one daughter, Alecia Cowper (Mike) of Platteville, CO, one sister, Maurine Green (Dick) of Cheyenne, WY, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
No services are planned.
