Mandy Renee Milner Melugin, age 48, of Gurdon, passed from this life on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at her parents home. She was born December 26, 1976, in Arkadelphia, the daughter of Jeffery David and Debbie Renee Jester Milner.
Mandy was a 1995 graduate of Arkadelphia High School. She was a Baptist by faith. Mandy enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, four wheeler riding, being with her family, the beaches of Florida and most of all supporting her two sons, River and Easton in their baseball travels.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Richard and Nancy Jester and Truman and Muriel Collins, mother-in-law, Ruby Melugin and her aunt, Phyllis Morton.
Survivors are her parents, Jeff and Debbie Milner of Arkadelphia, her husband, Roger Melugin of Gurdon, two sons, River Melugin (Hannah) of Arkadelphia and Easton Blue Melugin of Arkadelphia, one sister, Misty Ann Milner (Jerry) of Bismarck, father in law, Earl Melugin, Sr, brother in law, Earl Melugin, Jr. (Crystal), sister in laws, Elaine Westmoreland (Sam) and Amy Moore (Tracy), several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and her precious Pomeranian, Rusty, aka Baby Dog.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Welch Funeral Home with Bro. Charlie Williams officiating.
Memorials may be made to CHI St. Vincent Medical Center for the excellent care shown to Mandy during her illness.
