Two Southwest Arkansas men were arrested Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, in connection with a Sept. 3 arson fire at Gentry Chevrolet in De Queen, Arkansas State Police announced. The arrest was made by ASP special agents, the De Queen Police Department and the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office.
On Thursday, Oct. 16, arrest warrants were executed for Trent Gentry, 27, and Charlie Moss, 39, both of De Queen. The arrests follow a joint investigation conducted by ASP Company C, the Arkansas State Police Fire Marshal Section, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and the De Queen Police Department.
Both Gentry and Moss were taken into custody and booked into the Sevier County Detention Center. Each has been charged with felony Arson in connection to the fire.
