Filing information for partisan candidates
Both the Democratic Party of Clark County (DPCC) and Clark County Republican Committee (CCRC) announced that filing for County Sheriff and Collector, County Clerk, Assessor, Treasurer, Coroner, Justice of the Peace, and Constable will begin at noon on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2025, and end at noon on Nov. 12.
After filing with either party, candidates must provide written evidence of filing fee payment and additional paperwork to the Clark County Clerk before noon on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
Republican Party
The CCRC will hold a monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, 2025 (the first day of the filing period). The purpose of the meeting will be to allow all Republican candidates for office, as well as those who would like to join our party, the opportunity to file. Candidates will have the opportunity to introduce themselves. The meeting will be held at the Clark County Fairgrounds, 1201 Highway 67 South, Arkadelphia, in the Youth Building. Candidates should make every effort to attend this meeting. Filing fees will be accepted and all applicable forms and notaries will be available at the meeting.

Filing fees will be accepted and all applicable forms and notaries will be available at Headquarters with Chairwoman Bohn.
