Regional lottery sales climb in August

Clark County had Arkansas Scholarship Lottery ticket sales totaling $471,969 in August 2025, according to a report released by the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration — Office of the Arkansas Lottery.

The figure is up slightly from $471,567 in July lottery sales.

Statewide, Arkansas had lottery ticket sales of $50,397,360, up from $46,902,639.50 the previous month.

The seven-county area collectively sold more than $2.36 million in lottery tickets, or roughly 4.7% of the state’s total sales. Regional sales rose about $90,000 from the previous month’s report.

The six neighboring counties surveyed (county seats in parentheses) had lottery ticket sales as follows for the month of August 2025:

Dallas County (Fordyce) had lottery ticket sales totaling $203,600.50; down from $217,795 in July.

Hot Spring County (Malvern) had lottery ticket sales totaling $488,347.50; up from $438,660.50 in July.

Montgomery County (Mt. Ida) had lottery ticket sales totaling $55,461; up from $43,391 in July.

Nevada County (Prescott) had lottery ticket sales totaling $194,519; up from $182,590 in July.

Ouachita County (Camden) had lottery ticket sales totaling $812,808.50; up from $783,821 in July.

Pike County (Murfreesboro) had lottery ticket sales totaling $142,019.50; up from $139,977.50 in July.
