Twin Rivers Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center announced Zelma Knox, a beloved resident of Arkadelphia, was named 1st Runner Up in the 2025 Arkansas Health Care Association (AHCA) District 7 Pageant.
Ms. Knox’s achievement is a testament to a life lived with dignity, resilience and community spirit.
Earlier this summer Ms. Knox was crowned Queen of the 2025 Timeless Beauty Pageant at Twin Rivers Rehabilitation and Healthcare. From this honored title, she advanced to represent the facility in the AHCA District 7 competition, where she competed against 26 other remarkable women from across the state.
At 86 years young, Ms. Knox is a shining example of grace and strength. A lifelong Arkadelphia resident and retired employee of Clark County District Court, she is well known in the community for her warm heart and joyful spirit. In her leisure time, she enjoys creating crafts, solving puzzles and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
