Rebecca Lou Hall Davis Fulmer, age 83, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Twin Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center in Arkadelphia. She was born September 8, 1941, in Ider, AL, the daughter of the late Elder A.B. and Rhonwyn Blevins Hall.
Rebecca was a graduate of Arab, AL High School and a 1961 graduate of Barones Erlanger Hospital School of Nursing. She worked for the Ross Foundation at Henderson State University. Rebecca was a member of Harmony D. Primitive Baptist Church in Donaldson. She enjoyed photography, Calligraphy, writing, hiking, reading and shared a love for music and travel.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Elder Kilmer Lanier Hall (Helen), one sister, Andrea Faith Huffman (Langdon), her first husband, William Harvey Davis and her second husband and father of her children, Earl Ray Fulmer.
Survivors are two sons, Robert Tobin Fulmer (Misty Bellew), John Edward Fulmer, two step-sons, Robbie Kim Fulmer (Kendra), Jim Fulmer (Cathy), step daughter, Holly Torix (Eddie) sister, Gloria Joyce Hart, five grandchildren, Lucas Gregory Fulmer, Kasidy Reise Fulmer, Hylan Abigale Fulmer, Wyatt Earl Fulmer and Cheyenne Wynona Fulmer.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Richwoods Cemetery with Tom Hart, Jr. officiating.
Pallbearers were her family members.
