Toni McMahan returns as therapist

Toni McMahan

OBHAW welcomed back Toni McMahan, LPC, who serves as a dedicated outpatient therapist at the Arkadelphia clinic. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, McMahan has worked in both school and outpatient settings since 2009 and has been with OBHAW since 2017. McMahan primarily works with adult clients ages 18 and older, using an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy. Her work draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This flexible framework allows her to tailor treatment plans to the specific needs and goals of each client.

“Our new space reflects our ongoing commitment to improving access to quality behavioral healthcare in Clark County,” said Susan L. Smith, LPC, Chief Executive Officer. “This move allows us to expand services, improve client comfort, and provide more comprehensive care under one roof.”
