Jennifer Lynn Smithpeters, age 53, of Okolona, passed from this life on Monday, July 7, 2025, at her home. She was born July 11, 1971, in Arkadelphia, the daughter of the late JC and Jewel Dean Todd Smithpeters.
Jennifer was a 1989 graduate of Gurdon High School and held a BSN in Nursing from Henderson State University. She worked as a registered nurse for Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia for many years. Jennifer attended Center Point Baptist Church in Gurdon. She enjoyed shopping and taking care of her animals.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents and her nephew, Gavin Smithpeters.
Survivors are her brother, James “Jay” Smithpeters (Jojo) of Gurdon, one niece, Gini Kait Smithpeters of Okolona and one nephew, Zak Smithpeters of Okolona.
No services are planned at this time.
