Highlighting this round of real estate transactions is the $255,000 sale of a new 1,439-SF frame siding home at the 2300 block of Sylvia Street. Laneesa Cornelius, of Arkadelphia, bought the home from JMRW Properties LLC, registered to home builder Richard Womack, who bought the land only for $36,000 in 2024.
For $245,000 Cody and Madeline Getz, of Arkadelphia, bought a 1,708-SF frame siding home at the 900 block of South 21st Street. Selling the property was Craft Properties LLC, registered to Keith and Shelly Craft.
In a $225,000 transaction Nicholas Morison, et al, surviving heirs of Elizabeth Fulmer, sold a 1,828-SF frame siding home at the 1200 block of Hasley Road. Buying the home and 16.95 acres of timber is Misty Gunter.
In Gurdon, Kimberly Henderson bought a 2,040-SF frame siding home at the 60 block of Arkansas Highway 53 North for $224,900. Selling the home and 1.5 acres is Audrey and James (deceased) Walton, of Chidester. The Waltons bought the place for $90,000 in 2012.
Back in Arkadelphia, a 1,976-SF frame siding home at the 600 block of South 22nd Street sold for $216,000. Buyers are Devin Castle and Kaylee Koonce, of Arkadelphia. Selling the property is River Belle Properties LLC, registered to Justin and Sydney Rogers, who bought the place in 2020 for $68,788.
Wrapping up the last two weeks of real estate buys is the $149,000 sale of a 1,420-SF brick home at the 1000 block of South 27th Street. Andrew and Bailey Davault, of Arkadelphia, bought the home from Chad Jones and Claire Thomas, who picked the place up in 2021 for $110,000.
