Cody James Harris, age 33, of Amity, passed from this life on Saturday January 25, 2025, in Pearcy. He was born on July 10, 1991, in Hot Springs, the son of Tracy Glen Harris, Sarah Harris and Penny Lee Eckles.
Cody was a graduate of New Boston High School. He served in the Texas Army National Guard. Cody worked as a handyman for many years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Cody is preceded in death by his father Tracy Glen Harris, his paternal grandparents, Richard and Lynn Harris, and his maternal grandmother, Kathy Jeanette Wiles.
Survivors are his two mothers, Penny Lee Eckles and Sarah Harris, two sons, Brandon Harris and Hunter O’Neal, four sisters, Angel Brightbill (Cutler) of Alliance, Ohio, Jessika Pickett of Amity, Rebecca Prince (Derek) of Amity, and Wanda Pierce (Tim) of Watonga, OK, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The honorary pallbearer is Nick Carmack.
The Family will hold a memorial service at Amity landing on April 26 time will be announced later.
