A woman ran from her South 10th Street residence to the county jail to report she had been the victim of domestic violence. Police observed lacerations and abrasions to her arms, apparently caused when the aggressor pulled her from a vehicle and pushed her to the ground. Informed of the make and model of the car the suspect was driving, police located the suspect, 28-year-old Davon Mikal Lacy, of Malvern, in the back seat of the vehicle, which was parked in the apartment lot. A Walmart customer went to the police department to report her car had been keyed, possibly by another female whose vehicle she had hit with her driver door while exiting her own vehicle. She shopped for 20 minutes, then returned to find the scratches along her own vehicle. She supplied officers with the suspect’s license plate number, which she recorded prior to entering the store because she had a feeling the other party would mess with her car.
